Assistant Manager - QA

Location: Valsad, Gujarat

Experience: 10–12 Years

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharma / M.Pharma

CTC: ₹7.0 – 8.0 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage qualification & validation activities for equipment, utilities, facilities, and processes in OSD formulations.
  • Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols, reports, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, master documents, and validation master plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Production, QA, QC, Engineering – for validation execution.

Key Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of experience in Qualification, Validation & Documentation within an Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Pharmaceutical Company.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, cleaning validation, and analytical validation.
  • Excellent knowledge of documentation practices in line with GMP & global regulatory standards.

Manager - Raw Material Purchase - Thane

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Raw Material Procurement (APIs) within the Pharmaceutical Formulation Industry.
  • Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
  • CTC: ₹8–10 LPA
  • Location: Thane, Maharashtra


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and other raw materials for formulation manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply of quality materials at optimal cost.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize contracts/agreements with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with approved vendors while identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality standards in all procurement activities.
