Can employers see our whole candidate database for free?
No. Free employers see and manage the candidates who apply to their own job posts. Searching the wider candidate database is part of the paid plans (Starter and up), and revealing a candidate's contact uses one "unlock" from your plan's monthly quota.
What is a candidate unlock?
Browsing the database is included with a plan, but to see a candidate's name, phone, email and resume you spend one unlock. Each plan includes a monthly unlock quota (Starter 50, Growth 300). Re-viewing someone you already unlocked is always free, and unlocks never expire.
What if I run out of unlocks mid-month?
Buy a top-up pack any time — 25, 100 or 300 unlocks — and they add straight to your balance. No need to upgrade your whole plan.
What is the difference between credits and a plan?
Credits are one-off top-ups to publish job posts. A plan is a subscription that includes a monthly posting allowance plus database search and candidate unlocks.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid term and will not auto-charge after it. You keep access to everything you posted.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets through Razorpay. Prices are in INR, exclusive of GST.
