Here are few of them:

  1. If I called your manager and asked what one thing irritated them about you, what would they say?

  1. What makes you happy about work on a Friday evening?

The same may ask in a different way like….. What is your favourite day of the week?

This question is commonly asked to people to know the willingness for works pressure & long hours.

  1. What was your claim to recognition in your previous role?This one, of course, is asking, “What are your strengths?””Here I generally want to know excelled at in your previous role; what would your previous colleagues tell me you were known for? Give me something character building,”
  2. If you had a magic stick and could have any job, what would it be?The general rule for this question is always answered with somewhat in the similar or alike trade or role you are applying for. But after this question people really forget what they are into. And the answer which I got it’s very amusing and           also so precious that its value cannot be determined. 
  3. You have changed careers before. Why should I pay you if you’re going to change again?        Most of the time I got the assurance from the people to persist long term to get a possibility to work in the          organisation but at the same the most creative will explain you how he is valuable for the organisation.question
